Fire Sculpture 001

Designed for a bonfire party outside the workshop, this is a pacifist artist’s version of a Guy Fawkes.  This kinetic sculpture ‘unbends’ as the steam-bent wood burns, creating beautiful shapes and eerie shadows as it changes form.

Materials: Locally sourced green Hazel coppice (steam-bent)
