High Storrs Sculpture
Journey
A steel and wood sculpture that appears to thread its way through the walls and ceiling of the new school building. The brief was to create something that would embody something of the ‘essence’ of the school, which fosters the creative and academic needs of the individual students in a unique and very positive way.
The design was the result of three workshops and ‘public vote’ carried out in the school, and a collaboration and consultation with the school and Sheffield City Council.
